These terms of use (the "Terms of Use") govern your use of our website www.thewildpalate.com (the "Website") and our "Wild Palate" application for mobile and handheld devices (the "App"). The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the "Wild Palate Platform". Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you use the services.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use the services on the Platform, and we request you to uninstall the App. By installing, downloading or even merely using the Platform, you shall be contracting with Wild Palate and you signify your acceptance to this Terms of Use and other wildpalate policies (including but not limited to the Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions) as posted on the Platform and amended from time to time, which takes effect on the date on which you download, install or use the Platform, and create a legally binding arrangement to abide by the same.
Use of content
All logos, brands, marks headings, labels, names, signatures, numerals, shapes or any combinations thereof, appearing in this site, except as otherwise noted, are properties either owned, or used under licence, by the business and / or its associate entities who feature on this Website. The use of these properties or any other content on this site, except as provided in these terms and conditions or in the site content, is strictly prohibited.

We offer FREE delivery withing range of 3-5KM from respective restaurant if minimum order is 250/-.

Refer & Earn
Referral rewards will be credited to referrer wildcash once customer signup with your referral code, place order & order get delivered after sucessful payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
Please refer to the Cancellation and Refund Policy for cancellation and refunds terms in relation to usage of the Platform for availing Services.
Security Rules
